About Sammie

As an Associate Broker and lifelong Northwest Arkansas native, I offer clients the advantage of deep local knowledge paired with professional experience in real estate, interior design, and remodeling. I’ve lived in several towns throughout NWA and proudly serve buyers and sellers in Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, and surrounding communities.

 

With a degree in Interior Design and a professional background in kitchen and bath design, I bring a creative and practical perspective to every transaction. My expertise in space planning helps clients envision remodeling possibilities—from reworking a kitchen layout or adding a bathroom to making large spaces more functional. I guide clients through finish selections, color choices, staging, and cost-effective renovation strategies, with strong ties to trusted professionals in the homebuilding industry.

 

Before real estate, I taught art in the Rogers Public School System while my children were young. That experience, along with raising a family in NWA, has made me well-versed in the many kid-friendly activities, parks, and cultural resources the area offers. Now that my kids are older, you’ll often find us enjoying time at Crystal Bridges, cheering on the Razorbacks, riding the Greenway, hiking our scenic trails, exploring downtown Bentonville and Eureka Springs, or spending the day on Beaver Lake.
